Minimum age is seven. You should be a strong swimmer and comfortable swimming in the sea. All equipment provided.

Weather
As long as it is safe to do continue your experience will go ahead as planned.
What to wear
Wear swim shorts or a swimming costume. Wetsuits and buoyancy aids will be provided.
Duration
This is a half day experience which lasts between 2-3 hours.
Number of people
You will be mixed A minimum of five people are required to run this activity. You may be mixed with other participants on the day.
Spectators
Spectators are welcome to watch from the shore but wrap up warm.
