Your bonkers and bouncy bungee experience starts on the safety of solid ground where you'll receive a full safety briefing from an experienced instructor. After your briefing you'll be fitted in your safety harness and attached to the bungee rope ready for your jump.
If you've chosen a crane bungee jump you'll then start your adrenalin fuelled ascent into the air. Once you've reached the jump height and run through the last minute safety checks there's nothing left to do but jump! On the count of three it's time to let gravity take control and leap from the platform. As you plummet towards the ground head first you're in for an adrenalin rush like no other!

Participant guidelines

Minimum age is 14, under 16s require parental consent to jump. If you have a pre-existing medical condition you should seek advice from your GP before taking part.

General availability

Each venue offers jump 2-3 days per month. Early booking is advisable as bungee jumping is extremely popular.

Weather

Bungee jumps can take place in most weather conditions however high winds or ice can affect this activity so please check the morning of your jump if you are unsure.

What to wear

Dress for the weather and wear clothes that you are comfortable jumping in, skirts and loose fitting clothes are not recommended. Trainers are ideal for jumping, slip on shoes and long boots that may interfere with the harness or come off are not.

Duration

Allow two hours at the site to complete your jump.

Number of people

There will be other people attending on the day however when it comes to jumping you're on your own.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome at all bungee venues.
