Your day of action packed kite surfing action starts with a full safety briefing from an experience instructor who'll also give you a short introduction to the equipment you will be using. After a quick change into your swim gear you'll learn the basics of kite surfing, practicing on the safety of dry land you'll use a trainer kite to get the hang of the art of kiting.
Once you're in the water you'll be shown how to use the inflated re-launchable kites, as well as how to body drag, which is where you use the power of the wind to pull you through the water. With the help of the instructor you'll be up on your board in no time and darting across the water as the wind propels you on your high speed aquatic adventure.

Participant guidelines

Minimum age 10 at most venues. You must be of a reasonable fitness level to take part.

What to wear

Everything is supplied for the kite courses; all students are given wetsuits, buoyancy aids, harnesses and helmet as well as the kitesurfing equipment. Please bring with you are some warm clothes, sun cream and a towel.

Most of the experiences are full day taster/introduction packages.

There wiill be upto 4 other people with your instructor.

Spectators are welcome but there may be restricted viewing of the activity.
