Your exhilarating rock climbing experience starts out with a full safety briefing from an experienced instructor followed by a quick change into your climbing gear.
Once you're secured in your harness and helmet the instructor will run through some of the basic techniques needed to conquer the various climbs. You'll start by honing your skills with a couple of easier climbs which are designed to put what you've learnt into practice, but before long you'll be ready to progress to something a little more challenging. As your confidence on the rock grows you'll be ready to conquer almost any climb.

What to wear

Dress warm, lots of thin layers are advisable instead of one thick layer. Sturdy boots or trainers with good grip are essential. All safety equipment will be provided.

This is a half day experience so allow 3-4 hours.
